Are color variations a valid reason for claiming a defect?
No. Minor variations in color, tone, or appearance resulting from the creation or manufacturing process are not considered defects and do not constitute a lack of conformity.
Are photos stored on your servers?
No. We do not store uploaded photos. Only the generated instructions are stored so that the customer can download them again whenever needed.Can I correct diamonds if I place them in the wrong position?
Yes. There is sufficient working time to adjust or correct diamonds if they are placed incorrectly.
Diamonds can be gently repositioned by applying light pressure to move them a few cells, or removed using the tweezers and placed correctly, as long as the adhesive has not fully dried.
Can I give this product as a gift?
Yes. You can order the product as a gift and provide the image or instructions to the recipient.
Can I return the product if I change my mind?
Yes. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Can the algorithm generate a design that cannot be built?
No. The algorithm will never generate a design that cannot be physically built with the available number and colors of diamonds included in the kit.
Only designs that are fully constructible with the provided materials will be generated.
