Orders are shipped using envia.com and its associated carriers.
Shipping destinations include Spain and other European Union countries.
Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods, in accordance with EU and Spanish law.

9. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, as stated in the Refund & Returns Policy.
10. Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product is defective or incorrect, the customer must notify us without undue delay.
In such cases, Rioja Art Lab will arrange a replacement or refund and assume all related costs, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

17. Product Characteristics and Color Variations

Due to the nature of the product creation process, including but not limited to algorithmic generation, software interpretation, material behavior, and manufacturing tolerances, the final physical product may differ slightly from the colors, tones, proportions, or visual appearance shown on the Website or in digital previews.
Additionally, variations may occur due to differences in screen calibration, device settings, lighting conditions, or production processes.
By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that minor variations in color, tone, or appearance do not constitute a defect, lack of conformity, or grounds for complaint.
